This is the last will and testament of me George Mann of Launceston in the county of Cornwall Hair dresser

I give the following legacies or sums of money to the persons hereafter mentioned that is to say/-

I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Arabella Hall the sum of one hundred pounds of lawful money of the United Kingdom

I also give and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth the wife of Joseph Saunders the sum of one Hundred pounds of lawful money of the United Kingdom

I also give and bequeath unto my daughter Susan the wife of William Curtis the sum of one Hundred pounds of lawful money of the United Kingdom

I also give and bequeath unto my Daughter Arabella Hall the sum of Three Hundred and fifty pounds of lawful money of the United Kingdom

I also give and bequeath unto my Daughter Catherine the wife of John Bate the sum of One hundred pounds of lawful money of the United Kingdom

I also give and bequeath to all and every the Child and Children of my two sons George King Mann and John King Mann and of my said Daughters Arabella Hall Elizabeth Saunders Susan Carter Helen Mann and Catherine Bale the sum of twenty five pounds each of lawful money of the United kingdom who being a Son or Sons shall attain the age of twenty one years or being a daughter or daughters shall attain that age or marry provided always that if at the time of my decease any of their said Children being a son or sons shall be under under the age of twenty one years or being a Daughter or Daughters shall be under that age or unmarried the Executors or Executor or Trustees or Trustee of this my Will for the time being shall or may apply all or any part of the income of the share or respective shares of such child or Children in or towards his her or their support maintenance or educationand shall apply he residue if any in augmentation of their respective shares Provided nevertheless and my will is and I hereby direct and declare that in case any of the Children of my said Sons and Daughters who being a Son or Sons shall die under the age of twenty one years or being a Daughter or Daughters shall die under the age of twenty one years or without having been married then the share or shares of him her or them so dying as will original as also incoming under this gross executory trust shall go to the surviving Brothers and Sisters or Brother or Sister of such Child or Children so dying equally to be divided between them if more than one share and share alike as tenants in common and not as joint tenants and if there shall be only one survivor then such one survivor to take the whole both original and accruing-

I also give and bequeath unto my Son John King Mann the sum of Three Hundred pounds of lawful money of the United Kingdom

I also give devise and bequeath unto my said five daughters Arabella Hall Elizabeth Saunders Susan Curtis and Helen Mann and Catherine Bate and their Heirs All that public House and Shambles known by the name of London Inn and Old Shambles now in the occupation of my Son George King Mann with their and every of their rights members and appurtenances To Hold the same unto them the said Arabella Hall Elizabeth Saunders Susan Curtis Helen Mann and Catherine Bate and their respective Heirs and assigns forever equally to be divided between them share and share alike as tenants in common and Not as joint tenants -

I also give devise and bequeath unto my said Daughter the Wife of John Bate of Stonehouse All that the messuage or Dwelling House Hereditaments and premises wherein she and her said Husband now reside with their and every of their rights members and appurtenances To Hold the same with the appurtenances unto and to the use of the said Catherine Bate and he heirs and assigns for ever -

I also give devise and bequeath unto my Daughter Susan Curtis all that my Messuage or Dwelling House situate at Westgate in Launceston aforesaid and now in the occupation of Henry Anguin and others with the rights members and appurtenances thereunto belonging To Hold the same with the appurtenances unto and to the use of the said Susan Curtis her Heirs and assigns forever -

I also give and devise unto my said Son George King Mann and his Heirs all that my Malt House situate in Race Hill now in the tenure or occupation of Mr James Palmer with the appurtenances and also all that my Slaughter House and the Dwelling House thereunto adjoining situate in Race Hill aforesaid with the appurtenances To Hold the same with the appurtenances unto and to the use of the said George King Mann his heirs and assigns foreever Provided nethertheless and my will is and I hereby direct and declare that in case my said Son George King Mann die without leaving any lawful issue living at the time of his decease the said Malt House and all and singular other the Hereditaments and premises so devised to him and his Heirs as aforesaid shall remain continue and be unto and to the use of my said Son John King Mann and my said five Daughters Arabella Hall Elizabeth Saunders Susan Curtis Helen Mann and Catherine Bate and their several and respective Heirs and assigns forever equally to be divided between them share and share alike as tenants in common and not as joint tenants -

I also give and devise unto my dear Wife Mary Mann and her assigns for her life if shall so long continue my Widow and unmarried All that my Messuage or Dwelling house wherein I now reside and stable adjoining with the appurtenances thereunto belonging and also the Garden situate opposite the Pound in Race Hill aforesaid To Hold the same with the appurtenances unto and to the use of my said Wife Mary Mann and her assigns for and during the term of her natural life if she shall so long continue my Widow and unmarried without impeachment of waste and from and immediately after her decease or marriage as the case may be To the use of my said Son John King Mann his Heirs and assigns forever

I also give and devise unto my Son John king Mann and his heirs all those my fields situate at Penny Gillam which I purchased Mr Christopher Lethbridge with the appurtenances To Hold the same with the appurtenances unto and to the use of the said John King Mann and his Heirs and assigns foreever Provided nevertheless and my will is and I hereby direct and declare that in case my said John King Mann shall die without leaving any lawful issue living at the time of his decease the said Dwelling House stable garden fields Hereditaments and premises so devised to him and his Heirs as aforesaid shall remain continue and be unto and to the use of my said son George King Mann and my said five daughters Arabella Hall Elizabeth Saunders Susan Curtis Helen Mann and Catherine Bate and their several and respective Heirs and assigns forever equally to be divided share and share alike as tenants in common and not as joint tenants -

I also give and devise unto my said Wife Mary Mann All that my orchard situate lying and being in Ridge Grove Mill Lane with the appurtenances To Hold the same with the appurtenances unto and to the use of my said Wife Mary Mann her Heirs and assigns forever I also give and devise unto my said Wife Mary Mann and her Heirs All that my Messuage or Dwelling House situate at Harcross in Launceston aforesaid and now in the occupation of Mr Reynolds with the appurtenances To Hold the same with the appurtenances unto and to the use of my said Wife Mary Mann and her Heirs and assigns forever-

I also give and devise unto my said Wife Mary Mann All those two messuages or Dwelling Houses situate lying and being under the Wall near Madford in Launceston aforesaid late in the respective occupations of John May and George Walker with their appurtenances To Hold the same with the appurtenances unto and to the use of my said Wife Mary Mann her Heirs and assigns forever Provided nevertheless and my will is and I hereby direct and declare that the devises hereinbefore contained in favor of my said Wife Mary Mann are upon the express condition that she shall remain my Widow and unmarried and in case she shall marry again I hereby direct that all the limitations hereinbefore contained as far as she is concerned shall cease determine and be void and that the said Hereditaments and premises devised to her aforesaid shall immediately thereupon remain continue to be unto and to the use of my said five Daughters Arabella Hall Elizabeth Saunders Susan Curtis Helen Mann and Catherine Bate and their several Heirs and assigns for ever equally to be divided between them share and share alike as tenants in common and not as joint tenants -

And all the residue and remainder of my goods chattels rights credits and all other my personal estate and effects whatsoever after payment of my debts funeral and testamentary expenses and the pecuniary legacies hereinbefore bequeathed I give and bequeath unto my said Wife Mary Mann for her own proper use and benefit I give and devise all the real estate vested in me as Mortgagee or Trustee
